RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We hope that you are delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, we will gladly exchange your Charm or give you a full refund—whichever you prefer.
SALE ITEMS (FINAL SALE) Please note that all items purchased on sale are final. These items cannot be returned for a refund.
• Manufacturing Defects: We will only exchange a sale item if it has a proven manufacturing defect.
• Out of Stock: If the defective item is sold out or discontinued and cannot be exchanged, we will offer you store credit for the value of the item.
TIMELINE You have 14 days to return your purchase/s from the date you order. After this time we have the right to refuse a refund or exchange.
HOW TO RETURN For returns/exchanges please enclose a print out of our returns form with your Charm and ensure you obtain proof of postage to protect you against loss. We cannot be held liable for returned goods that do not reach us.
CONDITION OF GOODS Your purchase must be in the original, unused condition and securely wrapped with all packaging and the booklet that it arrived with. If there is any sign that the Charm or packaging has been used then we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange.
REFUND PROCESSING (NON-SALE ITEMS) For full-priced items, we will refund the cost of the cosmic item/s to the credit or debit card used to place the order, within seven days of receipt. We will not refund the cost of delivery unless the cosmic item/s are lost on their way to you, damaged or faulty.
