At Goddess Charms we use recycled postage & packaging wherever possible. We pride ourselves in ensuring that at least 80% of our packaging is recycled & use natural materials wherever possible. We use bio-degradable mailing sacks for postage & try to keep our costs affordable & fair.

When you spend over £95, or £4.50 otherwise. Takes 2-4 working days.

Next Day Delivery Services

For £9.95, receive your order the next working day if ordered before 12:00 GMT.

Worldwide Delivery Services

For £11.95, we'll ship your order worldwide. Takes 5-7 working days.

Stress Free Returns

If you change your mind within 14 days of purchase, we'll offer you a full, no questions asked refund credited to the card used in the original sales transaction. Generate your returns label here.

IMPORT AND EXPORT DUTIES

Goddess Charms will not be liable for any export or import duties, taxes etc arising as a result of the goods being sent to a destination outside The UK. Please note customs policies vary widely from country to country, please check with your local customs office for details.

LOST & FAULTY ITEMS

In the unlikely event that your item is lost on its way to you, is damaged or faulty, you will receive a replacement item or a full refund. Items that are damaged or faulty will need to be returned to us prior to refund.

Please note that orders sent via Royal Mail’s First Class post are subject to Royal Mail’s terms. Parcels are not considered lost/missing by Royal Mail under 15 working days after the initial date of postage. We are therefore unable to send or refund orders lost in transit until 15 working days after the order was sent.
