Dear Goddesses,
Last night, at 23:14 GMT, we welcomed the Full Moon in the witty, mutable sign of Gemini. This one of my favourites as Gemini is my sun sign, so I love the energy available to us at this time. Plus, it's not just any moon—it is the final Full Moon of the year, traditionally known as the Cold Moon, and it arrives as a powerful Supermoon. This means its energy is profoundly amplified, making emotional releases and mental breakthroughs more intense and noticeable. EEEEK!
Gemini energy is typically linked with communication, curiosity, and mental flexibility, so this lunation highlights conversations, learning, and shifting perspectives. As the Moon lights up the sky in Gemini, the Sun is in truth-seeking Sagittarius, creating a celestial focus on the balance between logic and belief, between the information we exchange and the wisdom we hold. This is a moment of culmination; look back six months—what ideas, projects, or contacts are coming to fruition now in your mental sphere?
You are cosmically invited to resolve misunderstandings and release outdated mental habits at this time. The heightened need to talk, share, and process emotions is a gift: use this energy to choose lightness and momentum. I love to use the illumination of the full moon to shine a bright & honest light on what is & isn't working in my life. Try it & see what comes up.
With love,
Maree x

-
How does my internal dialogue sound? Is it supportive, or does it reflect outdated mental habits that need pruning?
-
What information overload am I currently experiencing, and what can I consciously choose to unplug from this week?
-
What does "witty, playful energy" (Gemini's essence) look like when I embody it in my social interactions?
-
How can I use writing or journaling to process my emotions, rather than suppressing them?
-
If my brain had a 'clear history' function, what anxieties or looping thoughts would I erase right now?

My mind is clear, focused, and adaptable, allowing new insights to flow with ease.

Look into your own eyes sitting in front of or while holding up a mirror. Without judgment, simply say three kind, honest words or statements about yourself out loud. Pause after each, continuing to look into your eyes and perform a sweep of your mental, physical and emotional bodies. Then, identify one area where you need to be more honest with yourself (not others). Be kind and supportive with yourself… this practice helps by aligning your internal dialogue with your external truth.
